Janice Eveleigh PT

Janice has a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years. She began her career when she graduated from the University of Toronto with degrees in human physiology and physics before completing her degree in physical therapy.
She is a lifelong learner and has pursued postgraduate studies in various areas, including manual therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, taping, vestibular therapy, and treatment of balance disorders. Her dedication to her profession has earned her full credentials through the Mckenzie Institute International in mechanical diagnosis and therapy of the spine, and certification in acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada in 1997. Janice later completed her Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy through EIM Institute of Health Professions, USA.
Janice is widely respected in the community, having been voted the "Best Physiotherapist" by the local News Advertiser. She has been a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association since 1992, is a member of their Orthopaedic, Acupuncture, and Seniors’ Health divisions and has chosen to limit her practice to musculoskeletal conditions.
She is the author of “Running on Science: The exercise professional’s evidence-based framework for measuring fitness and reducing injury risk.” She demonstrates her expertise in this field through her online gait analysis services, which she provides to runners worldwide. Janice's passion for providing evidence-based care and her commitment to continued learning make her a sought-after expert in her field.
